Shipping & Returns
I normally ship priority mail through the USPS within three business days from receipt of payment. Most orders arrive within two to three days and I include insurance and a tracking number. If you need your package sooner, let me know and I will send you faster shipping alternatives.
For large hats, I will also look into shipping UPS based on the size of the package and destination – it may be less expensive than the USPS. If you purchase more than one hat and they can safely be packaged together I will combine shipping.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love each and every hat you purchase from What a Great Hat. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item to let me know why. Your undamaged/unworn purchase may be shipped back to me within three days in the original box with a tracking number at your expense for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping.
Pieces that are NOT returnable: Custom-made hats and/or fascinators; one-size hats/fascinators on headbands or elastic bands; and items that have been reduced in price.
